Mark O. Waller, D.D.S. joined Sussex Dental in 1990 after practicing in the U.S. Army for four years and in the Milwaukee area for eight years. A 1982 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Waller’s professional affiliations are with the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Waukesha County Dental Association. He is a member of the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Waller is also a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Army missions have taken him to Ecuador, Afghanistan and Paraguay. Dr. Waller and his wife Kate reside in Merton with their four children, Elizabeth, John, Daniel and Matthew.

Karen M. Boettcher, D.D.S., S.C. joined Sussex Dental in the spring of 1999. Dr. Boettcher graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She did her undergraduate studies at Marquette, majoring in History. Dr. Boettcher is a member of the American Dental Association and the Waukesha County Dental Association

Dr. Boettcher resides in Wauwatosa with her husband Andy and their three children, Vince, Luke and Sophia. Besides spending time with her family, Dr. Boettcher enjoys gardening, running, biking and singing in her church choir. She loves to cook and especially enjoys working with seniors and helping people get past their dental fears.

Heidi A. Daub, D.D.S.

Dr. Heidi Daub is a native of Racine, Wisconsin. She received her BS in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Marquette University and in 2005 earned her DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Daub began practicing in the Fox Valley area and taught in the Dental Hygiene Department at Fox Valley Technical College. She also served as a general dentist at the volunteer community health clinic and the Oneida Tribe Health Clinic. Dr. Daub has traveled on mission trips with the Nehemiah Network providing dental care to the people of Guatemala and Venezuela. Her professional affiliations are with the Wisconsin Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Daub enjoys spending time with her husband Jake and their two daughters who keep them very busy! Her free time activities include tennis, running, gardening, cooking and travel.
